Online Therapy for Anxiety, Trauma & Life Transitions in Georgia

“My brain just won’t stop—even when there’s nothing going on.”

“I’m so exhausted, but when I finally rest, I feel guilty.”

“I know I’m too hard on myself. I just don’t know how to stop.”

“Everyone thinks I’m doing fine, but it doesn’t feel that way.”

“I spend so much time taking care of everything else that I’m not even sure what I need anymore.”

You may look like you’re holding it all together, while underneath you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, burnout, or experiences from the past that still feel present.

Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and find a path forward that feels more grounded, connected, and like your own.

Sometimes we all feel lost on our path….

You might be here because…

Your mind won’t slow down.
You find yourself overthinking, second-guessing decisions, anticipating what could go wrong, or struggling to truly relax.

You’re carrying too much.
You feel overwhelmed or burned out, but slowing down can bring guilt. You may be used to putting everyone and everything else first.

The past keeps showing up in the present.
Old experiences, relationships, or patterns continue to affect how you feel about yourself, respond to stress, or connect with others.

Something in your life is changing—or needs to.
Grief, relationships, career changes, identity questions, or major transitions have left you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure what comes next.

You don’t need to know exactly what to call what you’re experiencing before reaching out.

What therapy looks like at Winding Path

Therapy with me is collaborative, engaged, and tailored to you. I won’t expect you to sit down and somehow know exactly what to talk about or figure everything out on your own.

We’ll slow things down, make sense of patterns, and explore what may be underneath the thoughts, emotions, or reactions that keep showing up. Depending on what you need, our work may include practical strategies, deeper exploration, and approaches such as CBT or EMDR.

There’s room for seriousness, curiosity, humor, and simply being human. The goal isn't to change who you are—it's to better understand yourself, shift the patterns that aren't serving you, and build a life that feels more manageable, connected, and aligned with what matters to you.

Founder and owner of Winding Path Counseling and Wellness. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is less about erasing the past and more about learning how to walk with it; taking the resilience and lessons that come from life’s hardships and learning to unburden ourselves of the things we no longer need to carry. Taking one step at a time toward the brighter parts of our path.

I’m passionate about helping people who feel overwhelmed or disconnected from their lives—those wrestling with overthinking, self-doubt, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or others. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and ADHD. I primarily use a person-centered approach—because you know yourself best—alongside evidence-based tools such as EMDR and CBT to address specific concerns. I don’t believe therapy is one-size-fits-all; every journey is unique. I take a collaborative approach to identify and apply the strategies that will feel most helpful and effective for each individual client.

I offer a warm, laid-back, collaborative space where your story is honored and your wisdom is valued. Whether you’re navigating recent stressors or long-standing patterns, my goal is to help you continue your journey stronger — more confident in your footing, more sure of your direction, and more open to the possibility that alternatives: the path ahead can be beautiful.
