Therapy Appointments
I maintain a limited number of reduced-fee openings for clients who would otherwise have difficulty accessing services at the standard rate. Availability is limited and can be discussed during your initial consultation.

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, you may have out-of-network benefits that allow you to receive partial reimbursement for therapy.
For private-pay clients, I can provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt for services that you can submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Because every insurance plan is different, reimbursement cannot be guaranteed. I recommend contacting your insurance company before beginning services and asking about your out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health services, including your deductible and reimbursement requirements.

Winding Path Counseling & Wellness is in-network with select insurance plans through Headway. Your individual cost for services will depend on your specific plan, deductible, copay, and other benefits.
