Our Approach
Therapy at Winding Path is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based care.
We integrate targeted interventions with thoughtful, attentive listening so you feel genuinely seen and heard. Treatment plans are individualized — informed by research, but shaped by your values, preferences, and what feels sustainable in your everyday life.
Our goal is not just symptom reduction, but lasting, meaningful growth.
Founder and owner of Winding Path Counseling and Wellness. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is less about erasing the past and more about learning how to walk with it; taking the resilience and lessons that come from life’s hardships and learning to unburden ourselves of the things we no longer need to carry. Taking one step at a time toward the brighter parts of our path.
I’m passionate about helping people who feel overwhelmed or disconnected from their lives—those wrestling with overthinking, self-doubt, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or others. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and ADHD. I primarily use a person-centered approach—because you know yourself best—alongside evidence-based tools such as EMDR and CBT to address specific concerns. I don’t believe therapy is one-size-fits-all; every journey is unique. I take a collaborative approach to identify and apply the strategies that will feel most helpful and effective for each individual client.
I offer a warm, laid-back, collaborative space where your story is honored and your wisdom is valued. Whether you’re navigating recent stressors or long-standing patterns, my goal is to help you continue your journey stronger — more confident in your footing, more sure of your direction, and more open to the possibility that alternatives: the path ahead can be beautiful.
